Idea boards are now started by selecting \u201cIdeas\u201d, mind maps are accessible via the \u201cPlans\u201d button, and \u201cApps\u201d takes you directly to your list of apps.<\/p>\n

We won Gold at the Stevies<\/h2>\n

MAD-learn has been named the winner of a Gold Stevie\u00ae Award in the Best New Product of the Year category in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.\u00a0The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run\u2013 worldwide.\u00a0 The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world\u2019s premier business awards.<\/p>\n

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for \u201ccrowned,\u201d the awards were presented to winners during a dinner event attended by more than 550 people at the Marriott MarquisHotel in New York City.\u00a0More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Best New Product of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year. MAD-learn won in the Best New Product of the Year- Consumer Products category.\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

MAD-teacher of the Month<\/b><\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/a>Anamaria Dragoi has been a strong supporter and reliable point person throughout MAD-learn\u2019s long partnership with the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN). She manages the iHub, center of the district’s educational technologies initiatives, where MAD-learn has conducted both teacher trainings and student workshops over the past five years.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Anamaria is an advisor on CONNECT – Canada\u2019s largest educational technology conference advisory panel, allowing her, in her words, \u201cto advocate for the role and\u00a0importance of education technology in students\u2019 cognitive development, system-wide implementation and impact on the community growth.\u201d We at MAD-learn are looking forward to our continued involvement with this exciting event! Her interest in technology has inspired her to become a passionate leader in promoting educational technology, creating a complete eco-system sought by schools, systems and the community. With 20 years of combined business and academic experience, alongside being an Ontario Certified Teacher, Anamaria has significantly contributed to local, regional and international education development. Furthermore, she has extended expertise working directly with students and teachers, district leaders, postsecondary institutions, startups and industry officials throughout the region and across the border. We appreciate her dedication to all of the entities she serves. She is a driving force in Ontario’s place in the EdTech world!<\/p>\n
