4 Ways to Prepare Your School For MAD-learn This Upcoming School Year

While summer is a time for vacations, relaxing and re-energizing, it’s never too early to start preparing for the upcoming school year. We’ve outline 4 tips to help you prepare your school for success with MAD-learn and get yourself ahead of the curve.

1. Become Familiar with the New Features

MAD-learn introduced a new HTML feature to help users to seamlessly navigate their apps. It allows app-builders to link their screens to help create a more user friendly experience.

2. Teacher to Teacher Training

Summer is a great time to set up workshops for new teachers or for teachers who want to incorporate technology in the classroom. It is a great space to exchange tips and brainstorm new ideas. Need help? Learn more about our professional development offerings and hosting a PD day at your school

3. Be Comfortable with Utilizing Simple Templates

Templates don’t need to be extravagant or over-the-top to catch a user’s attention. Simple designs help focus the eye on important details. For example, a simple “contact us” button can be used to connect an app builder with their users.

4. Get to Know the Updated MAD-teacher Portal

Recently we’ve added several new items to this favorite resource. Extra MAD-fun activities are now available to use as lesson enhancements and you’ll also find new guides (see Programs) for incorporating MAD-learn into additional classrooms at your school, including: core content, business and technology classes, and as an after school or camp offering. The MAD-teacher portal can be accessed through the CMS log in.
